You’ve just reminded me, I’m a bit baffled by a thing for bikes that has just been installed across the road from my flat. It’s basically a cage. I’m still not sure how it’s supposed to function, how you get a key or whatever, or what would happen if someone were to accidentally lock themselves inside it. Must investigate.
