For the past ten years or so I have been dairy intolerant – which of course is incredibly frustrating when you love cheese and live in a dairy-mad country like Belgium, where it’s all over the place.
Fortunately I CAN eat brebis (ewe cheese) and this cheese shop has a relatively wide range, including a brebis version of Camembert. I have just got hooked on a Spanish brebis called Rocinante (the name of Don Quixote’s horse!) which is coated with rosemary.
Does brebis suit diabetics, I am not familiar with this cheese but it must exist here after all there are millions of sheep, not that an image of an Aussie sheep shearer milking a sheep comes readily to mind.
Jealous about the cheese shop. I don’t think there is one like that here and certainly not at those prices

Haha! I have no idea what suits diabetics, but there is almost certainly someone somewhere on the internet who knows.
