If I weren’t so certain that things would go horribly wrong, resulting in comically awful humiliation (as happened many times in Domestic Science at school) I would sign up for one.
Wow, that really is domestic SCIENCE! I’d never heard of molecular cooking before. I wish I could still eat oysters and cheese. Though I might be OK with Roquefort Foam, since that’s brebis.

I did a molecular cooking one once and managed not to embarrass myself, despite the fact that I can’t cook for toffee.
