As I was saying to IAMAMRO on Twitter, my Van Dale dictionary says “bot” can mean flatfish, bone, boot, blunt, curt etc. Or maybe the café owners just liked the word. I need to ask a native, so if there are any Flemish or Dutch speakers reading this, perhaps they could enlighten us…
